PURPOSE OF THE SOFTWARE

The "Slings" software is based on simple assumptions and easy utilisation. It is designed to simplify the correct sizing for each sling, quickly and safely. It enables the user to verify if the calculations are correct, to make the right choices and to have an estimation of the cost of the sling itself. SLINGS is fully compatible with WINDOWS 3.1, WINDOWS 95-98, WINDOWS 2000, NT and XP. Release now available is:

LICENCE

The use of "SLING" software and of the related documentation is granted by TIL to the specified Company without any charge: under no circumstances can "SLINGS" be copied or sold and it will not be transferable, unless express written authorisation is given by TIL.
TIL has the non-negotiable right to ask for the restitution of the software for whatsoever reason - including the related documentation - and TIL will not be obliged to give any justification in the event of this right being invoked. TIL has the non-negotiable right to suspend the up dating of the "Sling" Software. TIL will not be obliged to give any justification in this event. The user will be not allowed

  7. To offer for use
In the event that this occurs, TIL will have the right to ask for damage compensation - direct and/or indirect.
The user will accept without any restriction, both in the present and in the future, the NON-RESPONSIBILITY of TIL for whatsoever use of "SLINGS", on the full understanding that "SLINGS" must be considered only as a general support and not, under no circumstances, as a solution to a problem - even including the special print-out from "SLINGS". All output of "SLINGS" will be used as general support not as a solution to a problem - all information, all Commercial data, all configuration remain the FULL RESPONSIBILITY of the Users.
Item codes, dimensions, working load limits, are subject to change without notice as well as for the program interface and structure. Ratings shown are applicable to only new or "in as new" condition products.
All ratings are given in kg (1kg=2.2046lbs) unless otherwise noted
